Shipping and Returns
We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 30 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.
We offer a FREE pre-paid returns service on all United Kingdom orders through various delivery services. You will receive a pre-printed address label with your order.
If you are returning from outside of the United Kingdom, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.

How to return – International
Step 1
Contact Customer Service if you wish to arrange an exchange. For a return, if the product is damaged of defective arrange a return on email: office@askplius.eu or make a case in PayPal.
Step 2
Ship product back to our warehouse the return address will be on the package you received your goods.
Step 3
The refund will be processed in 2 business days when we receive the returned goods.

Delivery times are based on orders placed before 2pm GMT on any day.

***DHL are unable to deliver to Russia at present.
Taxes and Duties
Please note that you will not pay Poland VAT on your purchases when you place your order. However, your order may incur local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival which you will need to pay.
